Vera Dahlstrom is a committed practising Naturopath and Herbalist with over 25 years of experience.
Having completed her Naturopathic studies in 2000, Vera established the Restoring Vitality Naturopathic Clinic and Herbal Dispensary with a singular focus: to help people of all ages and conditions achieve their optimal health.
The greatest reward of her work is seeing clients improve their health with the support of individualised naturopathic medicine.

Vera’s commitment to natural health is rooted in powerful personal experiences regarding the impact of diet and lifestyle.
The sudden passing of her father from a heart attack when she was a teenager highlighted the devastating long-term effects of poor dietary advice common in past decades. Conversely, she witnessed her mother dramatically resolve chronic migraines and regain vitality simply through dietary changes. These experiences were fundamental.
Our belief is simple: If we can improve people’s health, it means they can be there for their families and friends, and enjoy long and healthy lives. This principle guides every treatment plan and herbal prescription.

Dropped in a few weeks ago and Vera made up a herbal tincture for my son’s cough (which 9/10 times always progresses to a full head cold).
